Spiisee, (“Spiisee”) understands you care how information about you is collected and used. Spiisee is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. This Spiisee Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our privacy practices for our websites, services, and apps that link to this policy. This policy also details our privacy practices related to Spiisee marketing, advertising and company events.
In this Privacy Policy, we will refer to the Spiisee hosted services and related apps collectively as our “Services.” We will refer to our emails, newsletters, and other marketing and advertising practices collectively as our “Communications.”
Spiisee Service
We provide Services to our customers. As part of the Services, customer data may be stored on our computer systems. When we provide services that collect or process customer data, our customers control the data they choose to collect, what customer data is uploaded to the Spiisee Service, and how that data is used within the Spiisee Services. Our customers’ collection, use, transfer, and retention of customer data in our Services are governed by each customer’s privacy policy, not the Spiisee Privacy Policy. As a data processor, we will cooperate with our customers in their efforts to control their data and comply with applicable law.
Definitions
Add-On: a bundle of code, resources and configuration files that can be used with a Spiisee product to add new functionality or to change the behavior of that product’s existing features.
Content: any information or data that you upload, submit, post, create, transmit, store or display in a Spiisee Service.
Downloadable Products: Spiisee’s downloadable software products and mobile applications, including Add-Ons created by Spiisee, that are installed by customers on an infrastructure of their choice. Downloadable Products do not include Add-Ons created by third parties, even when they are accessed through Spiisee.com or available through the Spiisee license keys (in the case of Software) or login instructions (in the case of Hosted Services).
Information: all of the different forms of data, content, and information collected by us as described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information: information that may be used to readily identify or contact you as an individual person, such as name, address, email address, or phone number. Personal Information does not include information that has been anonymized such that it does not allow for the ready identification of specific individuals.
SaaS Products: Spiisee’s “Cloud” hosted solutions, as well as other Spiisee hosted solutions that display a link to this Privacy Policy (such as Everest, Eversync and Everlink). For the avoidance of doubt, if a Spiisee hosted solution displays a link to a different privacy policy, then that other privacy policy shall apply.
Websites: Spiisee’s websites, including but not limited to Spiisee.com and any related websites, sub-domains, and pages.
Information Collected by Spiisee
Spiisee registration and customer support
You provide us with information about you when you complete a Spiisee web form, register to use a Spiisee website (such as www.Spiisee.com) or Service, request a Services demonstration, respond to an advertisement, contact Spiisee for support or other offerings, or attend an event or forum in which Spiisee is hosting or participating. During such processes, we collect personal information that identifies you. For example, we may collect your name, company name, address, email, phone number, billing and payment information, position, or title. We may also collect other public and third party information about you to supplement your profile, such as public information about the company where you work.
Spiisee websites and use of Cookies
We receive and store certain information about how you use our websites and Services when you visit a Spiisee website or use our Services. For example, we receive information that your browser or device sends to our servers whenever you visit a Spiisee website. Your browser or device may tell us your internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information such as browser type, version, language and time zone settings, browser plug-in types, operating system, and type of device you are using. When you visit a Spiisee website, your browser may also tell us information such as the actions you take on our website, the page that led you to our website and, if applicable, the search terms you typed into a search engine that led you to our website.
We may receive information about how you use our websites and Services through the use of first-party and third-party cookies, and also web beacons and other similar technologies. Our servers collect similar information when you are logged into our website or Services. The information we receive through cookies and similar technologies may be associated with you, depending on the website or Services you are using, and whether you have provided information identifying yourself to the website or Services.

Buttons, tools, and content from other companies
Spiisee websites and Services may include buttons, tools, or content that link to other companies’ services (for example, a Facebook “Like” button). We may collect information about your use of these features. In addition, when you see or interact with these buttons, tools, or content, or view a Spiisee web page containing them, some information from your browser may automatically be sent to the other company. Please read that company’s privacy policy for more information regarding its use of that information.
Spiisee social networking pages
We maintain pages on many social networking sites. We may collect information when you interact with our social networking pages.
Spiisee online advertising
We advertise online, including displaying Spiisee ads across the Internet on websites and in apps. When we advertise online to you, we may collect information about which ads are displayed to you, which ads you click on, and the web page where the ad was displayed to you.
Public chat, message boards, and user postings
You might provide personal information through your public participation in chat sessions, message boards, user communities associated with our Services (such as Spiisee Dojo), blogs, email exchanges, or newsgroups on our websites. That information may be available to anyone who has access to the website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you post for public view.

It will be emailed or mailed to the address that you provide when you subscribe.
Spiisee text messages
We or other Spiisee Services users may periodically communicate with you through text message services regarding the Services we provide to you, such as system alerts or Services notifications. You may manage your Spiisee Services notifications and alerts in your Spiisee Services account settings.
Sharing information collected by Spiisee
We work with companies that help us run our business. These companies may provide services such as delivering customer support, processing and collecting payments and sending Communications on our behalf. These companies may have access to your personal information as required to help us run our business.

You may opt-out of receiving communications by modifying your website or Service profile, or by unsubscribing to the marketing mailings or newsletters you no longer desire. To unsubscribe, please submit your information through http://www.Spiisee.com/unsubscribe, or follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions that are contained within the mailing, newsletter or other communication that we send to you. Personal information from our website visitors and other business partners
Any personal information sent to us from our website visitors and other business partners in the US and Canada may be used by us and our affiliates, agents and business partners as described in this Privacy Policy and at the time the information was collected. If we plan to use personal information received from the US or Canada for a purpose that is incompatible with this Privacy Policy or if we plan to disclose such information to a third party for purposes incompatible with this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with notice and an opportunity to consent to such uses or disclosures as required by applicable law.
Information processed by Spiisee on behalf of a company using Spiisee hosted Services
We provide hosted Services to our customers. When we provide the Services, we are providing the Services to our customers as a data processor. As a data processor, we act on the instructions of our customers and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect this personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our customers are responsible for complying with all other obligations in relation to the personal information they may collect.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may change or update this Privacy Policy to allow us to use or share your personal information in a materially different way.
